What types of plastic do you fabricate? We work with a wide range of materials including acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, Delrin® (acetal), HDPE, UHMW & PVC. All parts are CNC-cut in-house to tight tolerances.
Do I need a CAD file to get a quote? No. While CAD files are always helpful, we can also quote from basic sketches or dimensional drawings. Our team can convert customer sketches into production-ready files on request.
Do you offer prototyping or small production runs? Yes. We support one-off prototypes and full production runs, and we keep repeat jobs on file for quick reordering.
Do you supply raw materials or only fabricated parts? Both. We fabricate custom components and we also sell cut-to-size sheet, rod, and plate in acrylic and engineering plastics (such as Delrin®, UHMW, PEEK, PET, Ultem® and Nylon).
